FROM BRIEF TO BUILD
OUR PROCESS
01.
CONCEPT DESIGN
We will host Initial consultations with clients to develop the concept design brief as well as establish what you can build.
During this stage, we will investigate specific code issues that may affect the project and flag ahead of finalisation.
02.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Following the concept design consultation, our team will then work on the design development.
This includes finalising the design suitable to your Individual requirements as specified providing feedback and recommendations.
03.
APPROVALS PHASE
In the approvals phase, we will coordinate and submit relevant Development Applications & CDC Approvals.
Our team work with a range of specialist consultants needed throughout the approval phases to ensure all protocols are covered.
04.
CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE PHASE
Once relevant applications have been submitted, we will then begin securing gaining approval to start construction. We work with specialist professionals for supporting technical documentation.
